Welcome to the website of Fabrizia Verrecchia
Yoga teacher and Classical Indian Bharatanatyam dancer
Fabrizia runs weekly Yoga classes drawing from both Hatha and Kundalini traditions to create her very own style of Yoga, bringing in poetry, visualisations and her experience of Alexander Technique. Her gentle restorative classes provide a nurturing ambience and spiritual uplift.
She also teaches
classical Indian Dance called
Bharatanatyam,
making this stylized ancient Temple dance accessible to people of all abilities
while keeping the essence of the form, bringing in Yoga, meditation, and guided
imagery.
Fabrizia's regular Yoga and dance classes are held at her Strawbale Dance Studio set in woodlands near Hertford, as well as weekly dance classes in Hitchin, and Yoga classes in Welwyn Garden City.

She takes workshops and performances into schools and community venues, accompanied by traditional musicians.
